It is being said that Sania was unable to to cope up the pressure of the match due to the injuries received by her earlier in the year. However we would say that it was a good effort by Sania to prove some points before her fans.
Well Done Sania Keep Up the tempo. You have to go miles and miles.

The match was a though one and Venus came out as a clear winner defeating Sania 7-6, 6-4. Although Sania tried her level best to put on a stiff fight against the seasoned Venus but she took her carefully and overpowered Sania quite effortlessly.

However Sania went ahead to the third round of the doubles with Alicia Molik. Together they defeated Nadia Petrova and Elena Vesnina of Russia 6-3, 5-7, 6-4. The Tricolor disrespect row disturbed Sania so much, that she started to think to retire from the game of tennis. But at the same time it made her mentally strong enough to march ahead coolly to the third round of the opening Grand Slam Tournament of the Year.

In her second round match Sania beat Timea Bacsinszky of Switzerland 6-1, 4-6, 7-5.It took 44 minutes to Sania to overpower her opponent. Now she has to meet eighth-seeded Venus Williams of the USA in her third round outing. Venus is already in full flow and the previous encounter with Sania saw Venus a winner beating Sania in straight sets. Meanwhile her doubles match is also in progress and the results are expected later in the day. Here in the doubles arena she is partnering Alicia Molik of Australia and it is the second round match.

It is a encounter which is keenly awaited by most of her fans.

We also invite the support for Sania for the match.

A Local court In Bhopal issued summons to tennis star Sania Mirza for allegedly disrespecting national flag during a function some time back. The case was filed by a social worker Prakash Singh Thakur under the Prevention of Insult to the National Honor Act (1971). It is highly shameful that some people like to exaggerate the things too much. The picture is not capable of explaining the situation correctly and it is being interpreted in the wrong spirit.

Here I would like to Question Mr. Thakur Why he is not filing a suit against M/s Nirmala Devi , The self proclaimed Goddess for the gross disrespect for the tricolor? (Pictures shown above ) Sania is being penalized as she is a sports person and so called Nirmala Devi is being left untouched as she is a religious figure?

I want support from all of the Sania Fans to come together and fight it out.

After crashing out from the Hobart tournament in the second round Sania is preparing hard for the forthcoming Australian open tournament where Sania is seeded 31 for the first time in her career. Meanwhile a furore back home over a photograph that shows her resting her bare feet near the national flag published on Friday literally shook her. A complaint had been already filed in the Hyderabad High Court demanding action, which can carry a three-year jail term if convicted.

Sania is deeply upset over the issue and so we are. However we may pray to the almighty to clear all the controversies before the start of the Australian Open. May The Force Be With You Sania!

Wishing you lots of luck.
